Website Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Owner and scope

These conditions govern access to and use of the website montessorischoolgranada.com (hereinafter, “the website”), owned by Espacios Montessori, S.L. (CIF B-19588730), owner of Granada International Montessori School (GIMS), with registered office at Carretera de La Zubia, 12, 18150 Gójar, Granada. Full identification details are set out in the Legal Notice. By accessing or browsing the website, you (the “User”) accept these conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Purpose of the website

The website is informational: it presents the school, its educational project and its services, and offers channels to contact us, request information or arrange a visit. Access is free of charge, without prejudice to each user’s internet connection costs.

The information on the website does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Admission and enrolment are governed by their own documents and conditions, which will be made available to families and will prevail over this text as regards the provision of the educational service.

3. Proper use

The User agrees to use the website in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, it is forbidden to:

  • Use it for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes towards the school, its students, families or third parties.
  • Introduce viruses or other elements that may damage or overload the website or prevent its normal operation.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas or other users’ data without authorisation.
  • Use automated systems (robots, mass scraping) to extract content.
  • Submit through the forms false or offensive information, information that impersonates another person, or unsolicited communications (spam).

If you provide third-party data (for example, contact persons), you declare that you have informed them beforehand in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Forms, WhatsApp chat and comments

The forms and the WhatsApp button allow you to send us enquiries. The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms and privacy policy.

If the site allows comments, the User is responsible for their content. We reserve the right to remove any that are unlawful, offensive, advertising or unrelated to the subject of the site.

Children under 14 may not use the forms without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, photographs, videos, design, logos, trademarks, source code and other content of the website belong to Espacios Montessori, S.L. / GIMS or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Viewing and use for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.

Images of students are published only with their families’ consent and may not be downloaded, copied or reused.

6. Third-party content and services; links

The website incorporates third-party content (YouTube and Vimeo videos, Google Maps, Trustindex reviews, Google reCAPTCHA, WhatsApp) and may contain links to other pages. These services are governed by their own terms and policies, and GIMS is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. The associated cookies are installed only according to your preferences, as described in our Cookie Policy.

7. Accuracy of information and availability

We prepare the website with the utmost care, but the information (schedules, fees, programmes, dates, etc.) may change without notice and may contain errors or omissions. We recommend confirming relevant details with the school before making decisions based on them. We will correct errors as soon as we become aware of them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and are not liable for damage resulting from interruptions, connection failures, viruses or other causes beyond our control, nor for failures in the User’s software or devices. The User must keep their browser up to date and take appropriate security measures.

Nothing herein limits the rights that consumer protection legislation grants to the User or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy. 9. Commercial communications

We may modify these conditions at any time to adapt them to legal or website changes. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the website after any modification implies acceptance.

11. Partial invalidity

If any clause is declared void or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in force.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, unless consumer protection legislation establishes a different forum.
