We process the data you provide to us (forms, emails, calls, the Transparent Classroom platform, WhatsApp chat, visits, enrolment), the data generated in the course of the relationship with the school, and website browsing data (IP address and cookies; see our Cookie Policy). Depending on the case, this includes:

The data requested in the forms (name, email, telephone and the content of your enquiry) is necessary to respond to it. We do not create profiles or make automated decisions based on it.
To protect the forms from spam we use Google reCAPTCHA v3, a service that analyses interaction with the page (IP address, Google cookies, time on the page, mouse movements) to distinguish humans from robots. This information is sent to Google and may be stored on servers in the USA. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We have profiles on Instagram and Facebook (Meta). When you follow us, interact or send us messages, Meta processes your data in accordance with its own policies, and we only access the data you publish or send us. We publish images of students only with families’ specific consent for that channel. You can consult Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Student data is provided by their parents or legal guardians, who give the necessary consents. Children under 14 cannot consent to the processing of their data themselves: consent always corresponds to those holding parental authority or guardianship, and may be withdrawn at any time.
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required (public administrations, the Junta de Andalucía and the education inspectorate, education authorities, the Tax Agency, banks for payments, etc.) or with your consent.
We use providers who process data on our behalf (advisory services, IT platforms such as Transparent Classroom, web hosting, communication tools), under a contract obliging them to follow our instructions and maintain confidentiality.
Some providers (Google, for reCAPTCHA, analytics, Google Maps and YouTube; Vimeo; Trustindex, for reviews; Meta, for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook; Transparent Classroom, for student management) may process data outside the European Economic Area, always with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access. If a security breach occurs that entails a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise them, write to admin@montessorischoolgranada.com or to our postal address (Carretera de La Zubia, 12, 18150 Gójar, Granada), stating your full name, the right you wish to exercise and a means of contacting you. We will only ask for documentation proving your identity if we have reasonable doubts. If you prefer, you may also contact our Data Protection Officer (dpd@data-sur.com). We will respond within a maximum of one month.
If you consider that your data is not being processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
We may modify this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in our processing. The current version is the one published on this page. Last updated: October 2026. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.

Espacios Montessori S.L. has carried out an initiative consisting of the installation of a renewable energy self-consumption electricity system in the services sector, with an installed capacity of 6.37 kW, under the incentive program for self-consumption and energy storage with renewable sources regulated by Royal Decree 477/2021. The project is implemented within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, and managed in Andalusia by the Andalusian Energy Agency. The main objective of the initiative is to promote the use of renewable energy, reduce energy consumption from conventional sources, and lower carbon dioxide emissions, contributing to improved energy efficiency and the transition toward a more sustainable energy model.
